Ozone Therapy and Ten-Pass
Ozone is a strong healing tool that can help the body regain its health. It is often maximized by using in conjunction with other treatments to boost immunity and lead to full well-being.
Ozone can influence the pathological process and adjust the defective balance, leading to improvement in the body’s condition and stimulation of the immune system.
Used in Europe for more than 50 years, Ozone Therapy provides treatment for many diseases which were previously considered non-curable or difficult to treat, and acts as an excellent prophylactic measure for the prevention of many diseases.
Medical ozone decreases lethality, and the degree of disability is lowered. With ozone therapy, the amount of medications needed for certain diseases is reduced thereby limiting the adverse effects caused by these medications, for example, corticosteroid or insulin.
Ozone also helps the circulatory system to overcome diseases like atherosclerosis, diabetes, trauma, gangrene and sexual impotency. Doctors in Europe, Mexico and other countries noticed in their medical practice that ozone shrinks tumours, so it is often used to improve the condition of cancer patients.
It is also proven to help patients with AIDS as it increases the oxygen supply in the cells, thus contributing to the destruction of bacteria and viruses, especially in the blood.
Positive effects of ozone therapy:
Regulates and stimulates the immune system
Reduces harmful effects of chemical preparations on the body by detoxifying
Well accepted by the body
Reduces mortality and disability
Reduces the amount of medication required for certain diseases
Treats infections, bronchial asthma, and allergies
Helps the circulatory system overcome conditions such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, trauma, gangrene, and sexual impotence
Improves the situation of cancer patients
Helps patients with AIDS by increasing the oxygen supply to the cells.
Increases quality of life and life span in elderly
Makes people feel younger and more active.
How Ozone Therapy works
Inactivation of bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast and protozoa
Ozone disrupts the integrity of the bacterial cell coating through oxidation of the phospholipids and lipoproteins. In fungi ozone inhibits cell growth, with viruses the ozone disrupts the virus-to-cell contact with peroxidation ultimately disrupting the reproductive cycle. The weak enzyme coatings on cells makes them vulnerable to viral invasion and susceptible to oxidation and elimination from the body, which then replaces them with healthy cells.
Enhancement of circulation:
In circulatory disease, red blood cells clumping hinders blood flow and decreases oxygen absorption. Ozone reduces or eliminates clumping and red cell flexibility is restored, along with oxygen carrying ability. Ozone also oxidizes the plaque in arteries, subsequently unclogging the blood vessels.
Stimulation of oxygen metabolism:
When ozone is used to stimulate oxygen metabolism, it has various effects:
An increase in the red blood cell glycolysis rate, stimulating 2,3-diphosphoglycerate (2,3-DPG) leading to an increase in oxygen released to the tissues.
Production of enzymes to act as free radical scavengers and cell wall protectors: glutathione peroxidase, catalase, and superoxide dismutase.
Activation of the Krebs cycle by enhancing oxidative carboxylation of pyruvate, stimulating the production of ATP.
Reduced NADH and helps to oxidize cytochrome C.
Induces the vasodilator Prostacyclin.
Formation of peroxides:
Ozone reacts with the unsaturated fatty acids of the lipid layer to form hydroperoxides. Lipid peroxidation products include alkoxyl and peroxyl radicals, singlet oxygen, ozonides, carbonides, carbonyls, alkanes and alkenes.
Dissolution of malignant tumours:
Ozone inhibits tumour metabolism and oxidizes to destroy the outer lipid layer of malignant cells through cell lysis (break-down). Phagocytes, cells that protect by ingesting harmful elements, naturally produce H2O2 and hydroxyl to kill bacteria and viruses. Ozone stimulates phagocytes to convert the α-amino acid L- arginine into citrulline and nitrate to act on tumours.
Stimulating the Immune System
Ozone is not a drug, it is a therapeutic tool that can aid the body in regaining health through a functioning immune system.
The immune system is controlled in part by the brain’s limbic system, which also controls emotions. Therefore, if emotions are disrupted, the immune system will be suppressed. In this case, ozone is used as a calming analgesic to restore heartbeat regularity and enhance the immune system, along with interleukin-2 stimulation.
This method is also used as a treatment for heart arrhythmia with prolonged use of ozone contributing to a calm, even heartbeat, produced by a well-oxygenated heart pumping clean blood through plaque-free arteries. A holistic approach should include work on the psyche, exercise, and nutrition.
The most beneficial way to introduce ozone in cases of immune system stimulation is through the Sonnet steam cabinet. As the ozone is absorbed through the skin, the patient is placed in a calm state of mind, which facilitates the unearthing of deep-seated emotional problems by a skilled therapist. Oxidized toxins are sweated out through the skin rather than going to the liver, an important prevention for toxic shock in patients whose liver function is poor.
Ozone and well-being
Exercise is important to ozone therapy, especially when dealing with the lymph system which contains 90% of body water. Since the lymph system has no pump like the heart, the lymph often becomes toxified. The use of a rebounder followed by the ozone steam cabinet will help clean the lymph.
Nutritional supplements need to include organic Sulphur, critical to produce many amino acids, and essential for the maintenance of youthful, flexible cells. The best dietary sources are blue-green algae, wheatgrass juice and aloe vera.
20 years research shows that ageing is also related to declining production of the hormone DHEA. If the hormone is taken directly, the body halts production, resulting in dependency. However, if the precursor, which is extracted from the wild yam plant, is ingested, the body increases its production of DHEA without developing a dependency. This precursor has now become available as Emprise Plus and as Diosin.
With this combination of ozone, exercise and nutrition, greater vitality is ensured alongside fewer degenerative diseases.
Ozone Ten-Pass Treatments
This high dose ozone treatment is a process where blood is drawn under negative pressure (vacuum) then mixed under positive ozone pressure, providing red blood cells with increased oxygen. The blood is then re-infused into the patient's veins, also under positive pressure. The process is repeated 10 times, hence the name Ten Pass.
How this process works
At MedInstitute, patients use the Herrmann Hyper Medozon comfort, a hyperbaric ozone generator. It creates both negative (void) and positive (hyperbaric) pressure. The blood is drawn by using a vacuum rather than gravity and mixed in a bottle containing an anticoagulant, either sodium citrate or heparin, to prevent blood clotting.
It is important that a holistic approach to health is maintained, therefore patients are encouraged to use a combination of ozone, exercise and nutrition to ensure greater vitality and fewer degenerative diseases. It is especially effective on hypoxia and can limit the harmful effects of chemical preparations through detoxification. It has practically no side effects and it is well accepted by the organism.
Advantages of Ten-Pass method:
Optimizes ozone intake over a shorter time period
Increases saturation of erythrocytes with oxygen
Positive pressure of hyperbaric ozone to protect red blood cells from damage
Stimulates stem cell production
A very powerful and safe treatment for:
